Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided demo rather than a self-serve trial, so we can configure the platform correctly for your products and channels from the start. Book a demo to get started.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period.

Are there per-transaction fees?

No. e-Lister charges a flat monthly subscription. There are no per-order, per-listing or per-channel transaction fees. The only additional cost is AI credits on plans that have a monthly credit allowance.

What does "connected channel" mean?

A connected channel is a marketplace or webstore account that you have authenticated and are actively using within e-Lister. Connecting a sandbox or test account counts toward your channel limit.

What support is included?

All plans include access to our help documentation and email support. Growth and Enterprise plans receive faster response SLAs. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding specialist and priority access to our team.

Is my data secure?

e-Lister is hosted on Google Cloud Platform using Firestore and Cloud Run. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive seller credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
